Spring is Coming, Time to Start Gardening

In a couple of weeks (now is the end of March), winter will be over and spring will start and so will our gardening. However, I just want to remind you not to start too early or else your plants are going to get frozen. Experts say that the middle of April or the beginning of May is the perfect time to start gardening. Of course, that is subjective to where you live but as guidance, a 50 degrees ground temperature indicates a go. Below that, the frost will stop the plants from growing.

With the rising life cost nowadays, gardening seems to be the right option; it is fun, cost saving and also healthy. The activity can be turn into a family project that involves all family members. The harvest we get can be used as our diet and it is free. In addition, the vegetables we grow are free of pesticide, making them healthy diet.
